First, watch one of the most beautiful love films of all time in the Aria Hotel’s cinema room, Teatro Aria; then enjoy a three-course dinner menu specially created for the occasion by Café Liszt’s chef Viktor Hiermann.

Mini tart selection: foie gras mousse with Tokaj wine gel and grilled brie cheese with onion jam
Starter (preferable)
Beef tartare, habanero mayonnaise, mushroom escabeche, crispy shallots, pine nuts, grilled sourdough bread

Poached salmon fillet, beurre blanc, salicornia, celery salad, scallions, salmon caviar

Roasted potato pavé, truffle mayonnaise, roasted leek, sour cream, Parmigiano Reggiano (vegetarian)
Main Course (preferable)
Grilled duck breast, creamy polenta, roasted beetroot, marinated prunes, pickled red onion

Roasted sea bass fillet, grilled cauliflower purée, marinated cauliflower, salsify, hazelnuts, capers

Menu price: HUF 35.000 Ft / person
