SHORT SYNOPSIS
In scorching, dusty Seville, the fiery and fiercely independent Carmen seduces the soldier Don José, drawing him into a life of crime and smuggling. When her affections shift to the glamorous and successful bullfighter Escamillo, Don José’s obsessive jealousy erupts into a violent and fatal climax outside the bullring.
