Our cuisine
Chef Viktor Hiermann has created a menu of modern, European, accessible dishes, while also offering real Hungarian popular dishes. The menu is complemented by a vegan diet. Café Liszt also serves breakfast in the morning: in addition to the classic egg dishes, the menu includes eggs Benedict, eggs Royale and eggs Florentine, homemade granola with yoghurt, French pastries. All day long, you can choose from a selection of exciting coffee desserts, courtesy of pastry chef Petra Gálfi.
